Service Charges

Skip serivces booked through Rentaskip are 100% refundable in the event of non delivery of a skip, or if a skip does not arrive on the booked date. Skip services are also refundable if you decide before delivery that you do not want the skip. Please read the terms below.

Service charges are those that are charged at the time you make a booking on Rentaskip's website and include all charges prior to the disposal of the waste at the tip or disposal facility.

Rentaskip will refund service charges under the follwowing circumstances:

  1. You cancel your order by calling Rentaskip on 1300 99 SKIP not less than 48 hours prior to 7:30am on the scheduled delivery date.
  2. Rentaskip fails to deliver the skip on time and you decide not to reschedule the delivery
  3. The skip delivered does not conform to the skip that you have booked via our website.

Disposal Charges

Disposal charges are for the disposal of the waste collected from your site in the skip. Commonly this is comprised only of a "tip fee", but in some cases where waste needs special treatment there are treatment charges included in the disposal charge.

Rentaskip will refund Disposal Charges only if it can be shown that an error has been made in the calculation of such charges.

 

Refund Account

Refunds will be made only to the credit card that was used to make the payment originally. Refunds will be made within 3 business days of the date that you cancel the order, or in such cases that Rentaskip agrees to refund charges for any other reason.
